I believe we are what we eat.
Being a health student has impacted how food can affect how health.
My cooking style isn't just about the flavour,aroma and how sumptuous a meal can be but the effects of such meal that leaves you in a healthy state.

How Favour Mbaekwe handles criticisms:

I love when people criticize me.
My perception is different.
My circle knows my philosophy which is ;
I criticize to correct, not to make you feel less of who are or sad.
So when people criticize me,I listen to note my error and take corrections.

What led Favour Mbaekwe to become a chef / cook:

Basically,I enjoy trying varieties of food,I said to myself,since this is what I like doing,why don't I just learn how to cook😄
I started watching food network which made my passion for cooking powerful.
I started a crunchy snack business in school. I had competitors but mine was unique because of the flavour and quality.
I stopped sell because my guardian told me to stop and focus on my studies.
Even when I quit sell,my esteemed customers made request.

The painful part of this story is that I had a target. I wanted to bring my brand social media.
I attended a business conference few days ago,I realized I need to purse what I believe in.

1. "The Master Cook Contest" is a Competition fully sponsored by The Next Star Talent Hunt and The Most Creative Contest. Both of them are products of Balloon Technologies LTD. An Organization registered in compliance with International laws and the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.

2. It is an Online Talent Competition, which finds its operandi similar to other talent competitions like the America Got Talent show, The Big Brother Africa, MTN Project fame among others.

3. Registration to Participate in "The Master Cook Contest" is Completely FREE. Note this.

4. Like in every other Contest, "The Master Cook Contest" enshrines prizes for Its Winners.

1st Position: A Golden Luxe Plaque, Brand New Pot Set and a Monetary award of N500,000 (Five Hundred Naira only)

2nd Position: A Monetary award of N150,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only)

3rd position: A Monetary award of N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira only)

5. Winners of "The Master Cook Contest" are selected by a Simple-Majority Voting system.

6. The Voting system entails a transparent form of anyone visiting a contestant voting link and then voting for them. 1 vote is N50 (Fifty Naira only). And anyone can vote for a contestant as much times as possible.

7. Payment made as Vote on any Contestant (while in contest and afterwards) would not be refunded.

8. In the Policy of enjoining Transparency, Live updates on scores of each Contestant, are made Public and available on the Contest’s website via https://themealboss.com/contest - coupled with personalized mails and text messages forwarded to each contestant daily.

9. As by Law, Participation in "The Master Cook Contest" is completely Voluntary and Contestant can discontinue at anytime, with the Caveat of Votes counted, being lost and not refunded.
