The cuisines I enjoy working with most are African dishes, especially Nigerian cuisine, alongside continental meals and simple fusion dishes. I particularly love working with ingredients like fresh vegetables, rice, chicken, seafood, peppers, spices, plantains, pasta, and flavorful herbs because they allow me to create vibrant and delicious meals.

handle criticism with an open mind and a positive attitude because I believe feedback is an important part of growth. As a cook/chef, not every dish will satisfy everyone the same way, so I see constructive criticism as an opportunity to learn and improve my skills.
When I receive feedback about my food, I listen carefully, stay calm, and try to understand the person’s experience and expectations. Instead of taking it personally, I use it to evaluate areas such as taste, presentation, seasoning, texture, or portion size. I pay attention to repeated comments because they help me identify what needs improvement.
