Ayeni Oyinkansola cooking style and philosophy:

My cooking style is pretty simple, common and easy to find and fresh ingredients. The meals I make are not just on the surface but carry depth because I pioneer at the forefront of eating healthy, therefore I make meals that compound; fresh ingredients, carbs, well noted and carefully delegated seasoning, and also protein. In all, I enjoy making meals with simple easy to find ingredients and also make new recipes while I'm at it.

How Ayeni Oyinkansola handles criticisms:

I am a big fan of feedback and creative criticism, I see it as an avenue for me to grow, know more and carefully delegate between what I think I know already so as to adjust, improve and improvise. I believe when you have a positive mindset criticism and feedback become an inevitable means of getting an unfiltered feedback on your cuisines and also helps to know whether you're doing a good job or not regardless of your sentiments on the recipe.

What led Ayeni Oyinkansola to become a chef / cook:

As the first daughter of the family of three,I grew up watching my Mom cook hearty meals for us regardless of however busy she is. This, therefore,created an avenue for the Interest in cooking. I cook not just for the love of it but for the satisfactory smile on the faces of whoever the meal is made for,this validation is the end game for me.

Why Ayeni Oyinkansola feels they should be a part of this contest::

Versatility, tenacity and passion. These are my memo, I believe a trial to showcase my craft (delicious dishes with local and fresh ingredients. I also specialize in Nigerian cuisine and fusion), is a sight to behold and I'd be elated to be a part of the contest.

1. "The Master Cook Contest" is a Competition fully sponsored by The Next Star Talent Hunt and The Most Creative Contest. Both of them are products of Balloon Technologies LTD. An Organization registered in compliance with International laws and the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.

2. It is an Online Talent Competition, which finds its operandi similar to other talent competitions like the America Got Talent show, The Big Brother Africa, MTN Project fame among others.

3. Registration to Participate in "The Master Cook Contest" is Completely FREE. Note this.

4. Like in every other Contest, "The Master Cook Contest" enshrines prizes for Its Winners.

1st Position: A Golden Luxe Plaque, Brand New Pot Set and a Monetary award of N500,000 (Five Hundred Naira only)

2nd Position: A Monetary award of N150,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only)

3rd position: A Monetary award of N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira only)

5. Winners of "The Master Cook Contest" are selected by a Simple-Majority Voting system.

6. The Voting system entails a transparent form of anyone visiting a contestant voting link and then voting for them. 1 vote is N50 (Fifty Naira only). And anyone can vote for a contestant as much times as possible.

7. Payment made as Vote on any Contestant (while in contest and afterwards) would not be refunded.

8. In the Policy of enjoining Transparency, Live updates on scores of each Contestant, are made Public and available on the Contest’s website via https://themealboss.com/contest - coupled with personalized mails and text messages forwarded to each contestant daily.

9. As by Law, Participation in "The Master Cook Contest" is completely Voluntary and Contestant can discontinue at anytime, with the Caveat of Votes counted, being lost and not refunded.
