What ever you do, there would always be people who would criticise, there's a saying, there's no fire without smoke, amidst the criticism there's a bit of truth, so I'd take it happily and kindly improve in the aspect of which they criticise. No body is above mistakes and we learn everyday.
What led Joseph Blessing Atarri to become a chef / cook:
So I started cooking at the age of 8, I had my first kitchen hazard when I was 10years,ever since then I had passion for cooking, I enjoyed cooking, cooking is literally my hobby.it got a point i said i needed to upgrade my cooking skills, which i did and I'm now professional chef/cook.
Why Joseph Blessing Atarri feels they should be a part of this contest::
I want to be selected because, I'm someone who likes giving back to the society, I intend to have my culinary school/ a baking studio someday, but I need resources to do that, if I'm being selected I'd ensure I utilise the resources in a befitting way.
And also get the basic equipment I need for my work, such as industrial oven, industrial gas burner, and lot more.
And I'd ever remain grateful if selected.
