One of the things I enjoy most is working with ingredients that add rich aroma and flavor to meals especially garlic, ginger, and onions those ingredients bring a unique taste and depth that I truly enjoy.

Whenever I receive feedback or criticism, I try to take a step back and listen. Honestly, I might feel a bit upset at first But I remind myself that not everyone has the same taste or preference.

Feedback helps me grow by teaching me what people enjoy and how I can adapt my style without losing my touch. That awareness is what helps me improve and keeps my cooking unique.

What led Okafor chibuikem alexander to become a chef / cook:

My name is Okafor Chibuikem Alexander, and I’m from Anambra State. While I don’t consider myself a professional chef yet because I haven’t explored intercontinental dishes I proudly call myself a cook.
My love for cooking started at a young age, thanks to my grandmother. She made the best jollof rice, and I would visit her house almost every day just to enjoy her meals. Watching her cook sparked a deep curiosity in me. I thought to myself, "I need to learn this, so I won’t have to always wait to go to grandma’s." That simple desire grew into a strong interest in cooking, and it’s been part of my journey ever since.
