I had a lot of criticism while at my business at that time but for me I was so open to my customers, I was friendly, I teach them our to eat healthy balance diet and even went as far as to get food ingredients for those with diabetes, high blood pressure etc and I was open to corrections. Thanks

What led Olabisi Victoria Ayanfe to become a chef / cook:

Am Olabisi Victoria Ayanfe from the family of 6 including father, mother and 3 siblings but my father is late now so we are 5. I am homely I love house chores especially cooking large food and cleaning the house as a first child and daughter, after my secondary I attended catering school while in school I engage myself with cooking and baking as a way of supporting myself with the school fees and helping the family as well. Then after my catering school I started cooking for UBA banks during this period I thought it wise to Forder my education to the university at Abraka where I studied Business Administration while in the university I set up a restaurant in Asaba delta State to enable me fund my education while in my final years in delsu I had to stop the business because of the stress in it and to enable me to concentrate on my studies. I am through with my studies now and I am planning to going back with my cooking profession because it was a gift,talent,desire and ambition given to me by God and the training for my mother. Thank you
