I enjoy blending African flavors,for example I enjoyed creating my own version of agonyin sauce originally owned by the Togolese.
I'm also fond of working with aromatic herbs like basil and rosemary, and warming spices like cumin and coriander.
For me, cooking is about more than just following a recipe – it's about storytelling, connection, and joy. I aim to create dishes that not only taste amazing but also evoke emotions and bring people together.

What led Ayoola Levites to become a chef / cook:
As a passionate home cook with several years of experience, I've always been fascinated by the art of cooking. My journey began in our family kitchen at Surulere Lagos where I suddenly found myself cooking for the family (I am the last girl of the family) (I wasn't sure if I was even ten years old at the time). I learned traditional recipes and techniques from my mum. Over time, I've honed my skills through experimentation, online courses, and cooking for friends and family.
